The direction doesn’t.

For us, an origin is not just a country reference.

It includes place, season, lot, processing, availability,
and the real conditions around selection.

Some origins stay longer.
Some move on faster.

What matters is not permanence,
but whether the coffee still makes sense now.

That is why this page is updated as sourcing shifts.
It is a record of movement, not a promise of permanence.

Locking origins too early often creates the wrong expectations.

Coffee is agriculture.
Agriculture changes with season, harvest timing, processing pace,
availability, and logistics reality.

WAYFARER does not build around fixed promises.
We build around what can still be selected, explained,
and used well by cafés in the present window.

This does not make the process weaker.
It makes the record more honest.

They reflect active sourcing windows, present availability, and the coffees we believe make sense in the current season.
